  1. The main prompt allows three inputs:

  3. RULES are the ways that ART-CEE increases its knowledge.  They
  4. establish connections between facts.
  5.   
  6. QUERIES are ways that ART-CEE draws conclusions about the facts it
  7. knows.  Queries can retrieve conclusions already drawn, draw new
  8. conclusions and add those conclusions to ART-CEE's store of knowledge.
  9.   
  10. COMMANDS change defaults input values, set up or remove shortcuts
  11. and manipulate data that ART-CEE has stored.
  12.   
  13. All inputs in ART-CEE must be in all upper case.  Any input longer than
  14. one letter will be interpreted as a rule or query.
  15.   
  16. Enter the first letter of the topic you wish to explore.  Any other
  17. input besides R, Q or C will return you to the main prompt.
